DELIVERY:

UK Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail or other suitable carrier.
Items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays)

We do our best to ensure that all of our products are of high quality and value for money, and we hope you love the ‘Oh Erik!’ range of products as much as we do! However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item to us. If the item is unopened, undamaged, unused, and in its original condition, and it’s within 30 days of purchase, that’s absolutely fine.

To return an item, please first contact us via email at oherikofficial@gmail.com, giving details of the product, when it was purchased, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and any other information you might need. Package the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging, and include a copy of your original proof of purchase so that when we receive it, we can complete our checks quickly. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item returned to us is not in resaleable condition. Any decision to accept or reject a return is solely at our discretion and is final. Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns of items purchased outside of 30 days.

All shipping costs for returning any item will be your responsibility and are non-refundable.

What is the refund/replacement process?

We are happy to exchange items found to be defective within 30 days of purchase. In the first instance, please email us at oherikofficial@gmail.com with full details of the item and the issue experienced, and if relevant, provide us with photographs of the fault. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion or ask for the item to be returned for further inspection via our standard returns procedure.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and email you to confirm we have it and whether or not the return has been accepted. If accepted, the refund or replacement item will be processed within seven working days. Any refund due will be applied to the original method of payment, and we will provide you with any appropriate refund reference. If the return is rejected, we will provide you with the reason why, along with any supporting photographs, if applicable, and the item will be returned to you.

What if I don’t receive my refund?

Refunds will typically be processed within seven working days from the date the return was accepted. Banks and other financial institutions or credit providers can take a further seven working days to process any payments, so please allow up to fourteen working days for the refund to complete its process. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact your bank/credit provider to ask them to check on the status of your refund. You can also contact us, and we will carry out any relevant checks from our side.

Do you offer exchanges?

Whilst we are happy to exchange any item found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, regrettably, we cannot accept exchange requests for any other reason.
